2. Payment

All payments are due in full before work begins.

Because website design is a custom service, all sales are final once work has started.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project on time, you agree to provide:

• Photos and logos (if available)
• Contact information
• Social media links
• Any requested content or materials

Delays in providing information may delay project delivery.

4. Delivery Timeline

The first website preview is typically delivered within 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.

Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

5. Revisions

Each website package includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions.

Additional revisions or major content changes may require an additional fee.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, logos, photos, and materials you provide.

You represent that you have the legal right to use any content submitted for your website.

7. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Anjanet Sayers may display completed projects in her portfolio, social media, marketing materials, or case studies.

Sensitive business information will never be shared publicly.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of website design services:

• No refunds will be issued after work has begun.
• If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Anjanet Sayers.

9. Website Hosting and Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for maintaining any third-party services connected to their website, including:

• Domain registration
• Hosting services
• Booking platforms
• Payment processors
• Email marketing services

Anjanet Sayers is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Anjanet Sayers is not responsible for lost profits, business interruptions, data loss, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website.

All services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific business results.
